Refund policy

At Endurance we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and will do everything we can to help with this. We will accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of the order/purchase date. Items must be in original packaging (if applicable), with the tags still attached and must include the original receipt. Any item worn in the water cannot be returned or exchanged. Please contact us for any other questions.


Online Orders

Must meet criteria from above. If it does, you are responsible for shipping cost back to Endurance. Please include the original receipt and indicate if you would like a refund or exchange. Send back to:

Custom Orders

Any item that has been printed on is final sale.

Tech Suits

Endurance will return or exchange non-defective, unworn suits, if the request occurs within 30 days of purchase date on the receipt. If the suit fabric is damaged in any way, and/or tags are not attached, we cannot exchange the suit. Suit will be inspected upon return. We reserve the right to not accept the return or exchange. All sales are FINAL on clearance or discounted tech suits.

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

Only exchanges will be made on defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase, no refunds will be given. Any defective items must be returned to Endurance before any determination can be made as to whether the item is indeed defective.
